To view labs or review your prenatal visits and what we have discussed, access forms and records, then click medical records. A list of different topics will show to the right, click on the pdf icon to view.

Access to the portal works best on a computer or tablet. Though you can still navigate on a phone. Handouts that are automatically emailed are not viewable on mobile devices.

Please keep non-urgent text messaging to business hours 9-5, Monday through Friday.

Urgent issues should be a phone call to Melissa 720-606-9996 and/or Samantha 303-324-8636

Urgent issues include:

*Colds/Viruses

*Morning sickness with no relief from comfort measures

*Acute pain

*Following an injury

*Cramping or contractions prior to 37 weeks

*Bleeding during pregnancy

*Changes in baby movement, less movement

*Water breaking or suspected water breaking

*Timeable contractions

*Breastfeeding issues

Clients interested in pursuing reimbursement from insurance can complete a verification of benefits. Also known as a VOB. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and all billing processes complete after 6 weeks postpartum.

Clients pay in full by 34 weeks, though a verification of benefits should be submitted as early as possible to avoid additional charges for late processing.

Our biller is True Healthcare Billing

They do not receive payment unless you receive reimbursement.

Upon reimbursement there is a required 10% charge of money received.

Note that this 10% doesn't apply if your reimbursement is considered applied to your deductible.

The cost of your VOB is $35, this will be added to your invoice.

Should you receive reimbursement after billing has been completed, the 10% fee (+ card processing fees) will be added to your invoice and due upon receipt.

Clients with certain health shares are required to use our biller due to the processes required by the health share being the same as traditional insurance billing.

You can access handouts from us in your client portal. Go to the "Forms & Records" tab, then to the "Educational Forms" option, and there you'll find all hand outs sorted according to when it applies.

Many handouts are sent to you automatically, please note these handouts are NOT viewable on a mobile device.
