Please use your CLIENT CARE PATIENT PORTAL and the MESSAGE CENTER to send any NON-URGENT message about appointments, scheduling, invoices and billing and any other question you do not need an immediate reply to. We check these messages during business hours so it may be a few days before you receive a reply.

The messages left on your PORTAL are HIPAA compliant. You may leave personal, private questions.

Please program MIDWIFE PHONE as 406-865-3009 into your phone. Please text your first and last name to the number to ensure you are added to our contacts list. Feel free to have your partner do the same on their phone.

This is the way you will communicate with your midwife. Texting and voicemails are allowed but are not HIPAA compliant. Do not leave any information in a message you wish to keep private! Any messages will be replied back at the midwife's convenience, usually the same day.

DO NOT LEAVE URGENT/EMERGENT/LABOR messages in a text or voicemail. Please call until you reach a midwife.
